Lang is located in Salt Lake City, Utah and is a family owned company.  They produce parts and accessories for Jeeps and other 4x4s.  Well known for their Hoist-A-Top, they also offer door hangars, gas latches, paint savers, roof panel storage systems and a plethora of other products for your off road needs. 

Crank Hoist

The Lange crank hoist is in essence a manual hoist.  When your top is being lifted or lowered, you are the power behind it.  It is less bulky than a power hoist but consists of more cable than the traditional manual hoist.  You can install this yourself or pay a professional to do it for you depending on your mechanical ability. 

Hoist-A-Bike

This type of hoist is for anyone who has a bike, dirt bike or other type of bike under 450 lbs.  It will allow you to save storage space in your garage by lifting your bike and storing it on the wall or ceiling.  It also allows you to load the bike into your vehicle with ease.  If you need to change the oil in your bike?  No problem.  No more bending or stooping.  Simply change the oil while your bike is in the air.  Voila. 

Hoist-A-Top

Hoist-A-Top is the flagship item in the Lange line.  This part is innovative in that it allows you to remove or replace the top on your Jeep with ease.  No hernias here.  You can get either a manual or an electric version and install it in your garage or carport for use as needed. 

Manual Hoist-A-Top

A manual Hoist-A-Top is the version of this product that is powered by you.  Once it is installed in your carport or garage, it is a turnkey system that allows you to remove the hardtop from your Jeep by yourself in under 3 minutes. 

 

Power Hoist-A-Top

This is the version of the Hoist-A-Top that is not powered by you, but rather by electricity.  These are a bit more expensive than the manual ones, but well worth the price in the energy it saves you.  Once it is installed, your hardtop and your Jeep become easily separated by flipping a switch.

Warranty

Because Lange believes in their products, they offer warranties on all of their parts and accessories.  All of the warranties are specific to the part the cover.  That being said, please make sure to read your warranty so that you know exactly what is covered and what to do if you have an issue with your Lange Hoist.
